3Stories is pleased to announce the next installment of 4 for 40. Jen Cork and Tony Harlow of Lulu Taqueria will be the musical and culinary artists on Wednesday, October 3rd. Doors open at 5:30pm. Music will be starting at 6pm. The evening will combine the finest that the Finger Lakes has to offer with music presented in an intimate setting with a casual meal of four courses. The bar will be open for beverage purchase featuring craft beers, local Finger Lakes wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. Reservations are $40 per guest, advance ticket sales required.
4 for 40 features two sets of music and a light dinner featuring 3 small plates and a dessert course. Following the opening set of music, the artists will join the guests for dinner, and conclude with a second set of music with dessert to follow.
We are excited to welcome Jen Cork as our musical artist for this installment. Jen Cork is the kind of powerful singer / songwriter who silences barrooms with one vocal phrase. A well-known contributor to the robust Ithaca, NY music scene, she enjoys ruminating on rusty objects, spaces, and emotions, and the energy and rubble they hold. It has been said that her voice sounds like history--that you can hear legacy in her songs. You can check out her songs at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K69v4GDrsUQ&list=PLvtioZ_V66jseMpB3t6-YonPnpfuGk-pV&index=1.
Tony Harlow of Lulu Taqueria & Bar in Fairport, New York will be our featured chef for this installment. Lulu Taqueria opened in March 2018 with a cuisine inspired by LA street food. Tony Harlow, a California native has put a creative twist on the food he has grown up with in creating menus. Partnered with Mike Pavone, these two chefs will be bringing a unique menu inspired by their menu at Lulu Taqueria to the Cracker Factory.
