Traditional Ramen: Beef & pork base, shiitake mushroom, seaweed, carrots, onions, soy, noodles, egg, togarashi oil and sprouts

Tonkotsu Ramen: Pork & miso base, beechnut mushrooms, seaweed and poached egg

Bahn Mi Sandwich: Pickled vegetable, cilantro, jalapeño, soy mayonnaise with Teriyaki tofu & eggplant OR roasted pork & pate

Live music by Cool Club and The Lipker Sisters will be from 8-11pm.
